Do you have a Size Chart?

What is your cancelation, exchange and return policy?
• Cancellations are accepted within 1 week of posted orders.
• Size addition and size change can be made anytime based on inventory availability. Style may not be canceled and total number of units may not be reduced per style.
• Due to the nature of our business we do not accept returns or cancelation of orders. We urge you to contact our customer service office for additional options.
• We do not charge handling fees for size exchange. Returned costumes, accessories, garment bag, labels must be in new condition. Exchanges will be treated as new orders with normal production time. All payments are due at time of order with credit card, check or money order.
• $5.00 handling fee will be charged for any returned product NOT in new condition including damaged label.
• A return authorization label must be requested from customer service for all returns within 3 weeks of receipt of shipment. Return authorization number must be clearly placed on the outside of your returned parcel otherwise we will reject the shipment. The number will ensure a timeline process of your exchange. Include all accessories and packing material that are delivered with the garment. Do not include optional accessories or purchased accessories that are not part of the item. Do not include additional items that were not authorized for return.

When will my order ship?
If the item is not on back ordered, it will take 48-72 hours to ship pending on the season. Backorders dates are provided on order page.
My order never arrived.
Click the “My Account” link at the top right-hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Orders that have already been sent to our warehouse for packing and shipping cannot be canceled, added to, or modified.
How do your Pastry Shoes size fit and how do sizes compare between US, EU and UK systems?
Our shoes are expert fit tested for size and comfort and fit true to street size.

How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Our Shipping rates are listed below, all before tax.

Do you offer volume discount?
At LAYLAS, our list prices are the most competitive in the market. We recognize the value in volume business, so in addition to our competitive prices we offer volume discounts.
• To qualify for volume discount, orders must be placed at the same time. Lock in discount are based on original volume discount.
• Discounts do not apply to clearance.
• Order totals not inclusive of tax, shipping, or handling.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Provincial sales tax is calculated on merchandise, shipping and handling fees for the shipment address.

When will my credit appear on my account?
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged and payment options?
Credit cards are charged at time of receiving of order. Wholesale orders are billed in full at time of receive of order including back orders.
What are my payment choices?
• Full payment is required for orders under $500
• Full payment or minimum of 30% deposit is required for all orders at time of order placement.
• Orders must be paid in full before shipping.

• Checks can be made out to LAYLAS. We accept studio checks,
personal checks, money orders and certified checks. In addition
to your bank charges, we charge $40.00 for all returned checks.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?
We welcome P.O.s only from private schools, public schools, Y’s and recreational departments. We accept P.O.s with complete details, including ship to, bill to, contact information, email address, style numbers, shipping charges, prices and ship date. P.O.s do not qualify for discounts or free shipping. P.O.s qualify for 30 day dating after shipping
